We hit Corby full force this morning with Randy, Dave, and Jim. There was more work to do than we thought, so it took more than 2.5 hours to get through the South trails. They are all clear now, and are in better condition than before storm. Looking forward to the ice melting so we can ride them.
Afterward Randy and I hit the GSC Lower section. It took us till about 2:30 and I was toasted at the end of it, but we made it through. Jason showed up on his bike as we were finishing up. Wish I could say I went and rode with him, but it was everything I had just to get home and stuff my face with what ever food I could get my hands on.At this point we only have the River Trails and Krug to get through. I'm going to ask the Parks guys if they can help us out a little, but I'm not thinking it will take us very far. I think with a big group, we could get through Krug in a day. It would be a tough day though.
I will be out of town till the 9th of Feb, so I will try to organize something after that.

Anyone up for a ride this weekend?
Possibly Saturday before it gets warm and sloppy...
You guys have fun. I'll see you when I get back from the butt-hole of the earth - Pennsylvania - on the 10th of Feb.

I am going to "try" to ride Saturday and Sunday mornings.
about 8-9 am?? Post a time!
Unfortunatly I won't be able to get out very early.. About 11 is the best I can do...
I went out last night after work...rode both sides of Corby. North side is totally clear and 100% rideable; south side still has some downed limbs and lots of sticks on the trail to get tangled up in bike parts...but still mostly rideable. Just watch out for icy sections. I may go out Sunday afternoon, but won't make it Saturday morning. You guys have fun....
Rusty, what time are you going to be out there.. I might be going out there myself...
Jason
Sorry Jason...I didn't make it out there at all this weekend. Did you go out? I'm thinking the trails are a mud pit right now...
The trail were pretty good on Sat/Sun. but I was riding Sunday when the snow turned to really big rain drops! Very cold, very wet. If anyone does make it out this week, be really careful on the trail along the pond. The east end of that trail is ICE! all off- camber/can't standup/slippery ICE!
Sat.. 8:30...
