Maybe it's just cause this was my second time hitting the trails this year, but on Sunday I ran into four riders I had not met before. I also got to ride a bit with Jim S. It was a lot of fun showing the new folks ALL of the trails along the parkway... just when I was getting ready to quit, I'd meet someone else... about 30 miles later, I finally went home. One guy was from KC just visiting for the weekend and he was very impressed with the trails.
And by the way, all the trails were wonderfully dry. I'd say we easily have more than double the amount than we did a year ago, so thanks a lot.

Anyone riding Saturday...it's supposed to be really nice.
Nope... I have to work... Just call me Lansen...
What about this eve? Anyone?
You were a slacker this week weren't ya....
Work?!! Aw, just blow it off...heh, heh. I rode both sides of Corby last night after work. Trails were a little slippery in spots, but 99.8% rideable (yes, I did the calculation). Should be even better tonight, and perfect by tomorrow...
Yeah I rode the south side today and it was really pretty dry. Not sure I had the energy to ride both (I'm really out of shape)! Did you use the coefficient of static or kinetic friction on that calculation? Cuz I was thinking more like 98.3%
Rustbucket, what time??
Did you guys ride?
jspell and I did ride...and my legs are still tired. We rode both sides of Corby and all of the Girl Scout Trail that we could. The trails were in good shape, just have to watch for derailler-eating sticks.
