I mentioned to Randy the other day that some of the runner guys who use the trails you guys so generously maintain have decided to pitch in & help out, since we benefit from the trails also. Yesterday we got about half of Corby south done. Tonight, a couple of us are going back to finish up the three (I think) spots that still need clearing. Two are one-man, 5-minute jobs, and the third location is a little more involved. All three locations are fortunately within a 200-foot radius, near the NW corner of the big field at the end of 25th St.
If anyone wants to come heckle us in our short-shorts and other silly-looking attire, feel free. Or if you want to come help. Or tell us how we are doing it all wrong. Or whatever. We are planning to start at 5pm.

OK, I *think* that all of Corby south is now ride-able. We didn't weed-eat or anything, but you can now cycle all of it. Unless I missed some.
Thanks alot, I know everyone who rides there really appreciates it. The trail hippe did an awesome job at krug, that also was much appreciated. Now, can you guys do something about the damn spiders, dont make me ask again, hahahaha!
Great to hear someone is helping out. I thought Randy and Craig were the only two, physically able for trail work??
Bradbob and I looked at the wooden bridge last night that's about to fall into the creek over by the tennis courts on south. I'm planning to take it apart, drop a couple of trees over the creek for spans, and then use the old boards for planking. I honestly did miss riding over there after just using the main trail last night to see the fallen bridge. Than to the trail running fags for their work. Hey, I CAN say that, as I'm a shaved legged trail running fag myself! Mr Crook was spot-on...I was beginning to think only a few of us could pull off the trail labor thing. You guys on south, with no cajoling or semi veiled threats from me, doing actual trail maintenance kinda gives me hope for the future. The trail hippie
Anyone been out on the trails? Im taking today off but want to get a ride in tomorrow!
Anyone try the trails?
