As I have said to some folks who haven't tried it, Cyclocross is about the most fun you can have with your cloths on, and all of us that put in a season are defiantly reaping the rewards of being quite fit for the off season.
So now is the time beeoches!!! Cut back on your calories, maybe try to force yourself to drink light beer.. Just kidding, that would be stupid. Due cut the calories though.
I am telling you, now is the time to start getting things into full gear. If you can get on a trainer, good for you (I do think you are sissy boys though).... N0 offence to the many I know who do so..
For the rest of you that can HTFU and ride outside, say hello to your new little friend!!
And there are plenty more where this is located... If you think you want to HTFU, let us know, we will be more than happy to whip the off season beer fat off ya!
a.k.a. kick your own ass know so you can kick others later!!! Passing people is the Sheet.

Is that the 2nd street hill? I got out Saturday for a couple of hours, but wussed out on Sunday and only rode the trainer for about 1 hour. I hope it freezes enough this weekend so we can hit the trails!
I rode corny north yesterday with 700x32 slicks just for kicks while on my way to the holy land in jasons pic. The ground was frozen and there were no ruts to pull you down It was a little cold, but HTFU seemed to be the order of the day. Chuckys Challenge is comin up in 2 Saturdays at jamesport. It'll be all the gravel roads you can eat...promise! The hippie
And that would be CORBY north
If you are riding a "cross" bike on the trails, I think the name would be "Corny north"!!
Hey I did 8 laps at the mall with the wife... Does that count?
Keep it up hoppe!!! I love it!!
This is too funny...

Anybody into going for a MTB ride Saturday? I'll be in town, and looking to ride some trails.
North end hills for me... Don't know the weather, but if its warm, its going to be a sloppy mess...
I don't think warmth is in the forecast. Looks like a high of 20, so I am thinking the trails will be nice and frozen.
JDOUG, do you want any company? I brought the road bike. What time are you riding?
How long you in town? it is lookin more like sunday is in the cards for me.. My step daughter is in a basketball tourny on Sat and I doubt I am going to be able to get away...
Just in case you are wondering, the trails were fine today! The only mud was in the grass section of north. Rode North, GSC and Brownie. Planned on riding South but I found a shed antler on the trail at Brownie, so I wandered around for about a half hour looking for the other half (didn't find it). Got really cold since I was pretty sweaty, so I called it a day. If it is cloudy on Sunday, it should be good to go. There are some trees down so be careful. The freeze/thaw has broke up the packed trail in places, so in can be pretty rough.
